Your rights over your data

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything wrong with it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to us using it, or send it somewhere else.

Objections to marketing are absolute. Tell us to stop and we stop, immediately and permanently.

Requests are free, need no particular form of words, and are answered within one calendar month. Email christopherholden@adsspec.com. The full detail, including how long we keep things and who else sees them, is in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the UK regulator at any time, and you do not have to come to us first.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies of our own. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. Nothing here builds a profile of your browsing.

One third party does set cookies: Calendly, which powers the calendar on our booking page. Those are not essential to running this website, so we ask before loading it. If you decline, the calendar is never loaded and no Calendly cookies are set. You can still book by opening Calendly directly in a new tab, where their own notice applies, or by sending us your details through the application form instead.

Your answer is kept in your own browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, purely so we do not ask again on every page. It never leaves your device. Change your cookie choice.

Separately, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address. That is a technical necessity of serving any website, not tracking.

Results and the figures on this site

We do not guarantee results. Advertising performance depends on your market, your pricing, your competitors, the season, how fast you respond to enquiries and how well you convert them. Most of that sits outside our control.

Any figures shown on this website, including anything produced by the calculator, are illustrative examples, not forecasts or promises, and do not form part of any agreement between us. We use your real numbers when we review your enquiry.

What we do commit to is the first-month money-back guarantee: if the enquiries generated in your first month have not covered our fee, we refund the fee in full.

Fees and advertising spend

Our fee is £949.99 a month and covers the work: building the campaign, producing the creative, running and testing it, and reporting on it.

Advertising spend is separate and is not ours. You pay it directly to Meta from your own account. We never hold it, invoice for it, or take a share of it, and it is not refundable by us under the guarantee, because it has already been spent on delivering your adverts.

There is no minimum term and no exit fee. You can stop at the end of any month you have paid for.
